Fees, Terms & Conditions

2008 charges: £9.00 per day *Peak Seasons & Bank holidays £10 per day Minimum fee equivalent 4 days 10% Discount for 2 or more cats. + £2.00 per cat / per week, or part thereof, for full medical & life insurance up to £700 *Peak season = 15th. July to 30th. September . 20th. December to 2nd. January & Bank Holiday weekends
	Pen Web cams now available! Web cam facility to enable you to log on-line to see your cat in it's pen anywhere in the WORLD! See your Alex from Athens, or Basil from Barbados, or even Felix from France. Real time - 24 hours a day. Limited cameras .... first come first served! £1 per day for period of stay.

2/ Chestnut Boarding Centre fees will be due ON ARRIVAL!

Cheque with bankers card or cash. You can pay by: (charge £3.50)
You undertake to pay extra daily charges if collection delayed.

3/ No minimum stay period [But Minimum charge equivalent to 4 days]. In peak season we reserve the right to accept bookings for no less that 7 days.

4/ £25 Deposit on booking/per cat [non refundable]. No guaranteed space until received

5/ Deliver/collect between 8.30am – 2pm Monday - Friday.
10am - 2pm Saturdays & Sundays
Further day's charge if collecting after 10.30am .
Note: Please adhere where possible to arranged Delivery & Collection Time. Telephone beforehand to advise if you are likely to be late or early!

6/ Our Vets in case of emergency

7/ We will only accept and return cats in an approved pet carrier i.e. not cardboard!
Please leave your carrier with us whilst your cat is staying.

8/ You must fully complete the Booking form and advise us of anything special we need to know, [particularly about your cat’s health]. Please supply an Emergency number in case we need to contact you, or a friend/relative.

9/ Cancellation charges will be applicable in addition to deposit, if advised with less than 14 days notice

10/ An up to date VACCINATION CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED ON ARRIVAL
[Licensing and health Requirements]

Exclusions: Whilst we have followed the local authority guidelines on building specifications, providing escape proof pens, safety barriers, fire extinguishers, temperature control, damp & weather proof, sneeze barriers to prevent spread of infections, etc. etc. …. We cannot account for every unknown possibility. Chestnut Boarding Centre accepts no liability for: Cat loss, death, or illness in the unlikely event of this occurring. You should ensure you have your own insurance to cover such events to the full benefit you require, although our block plan Boarding Policy with Pet Plan does cover most events listed above in addition to the boarding fees.
